Volapük

De collectie Volapük bevat publicaties in en over het Volapük, waaronder grammatica’s, woordenboeken, lesboekjes en veel tijdschriften en archivalia afkomstig van Johann Martin Schleyer en verschillende Volapükverenigingen. De collectie geeft een overzicht van de geschiedenis van de kunsttaal Volapük, voornamelijk in Nederland en Duitsland, en van de propaganda die over de hele wereld voor het Volapük is gemaakt.

The Volapük collection contains works in and about Volapük, including grammars, dictionaries, course books and many periodicals and archival material deriving from Johann Martin Schleyer and various Volapük societies. The collection provides an overview of the history of the constructed language Volapük, mainly in the Netherlands and Germany, and of the propaganda made for Volapük throughout the world.
