Het archief bevat de correspondentie die vanaf 1880 door de conservatoren van de Bibliotheca Rosenthaliana is gevoerd, alsmede het redactiearchief van het tijdschrift Studia Rosenthaliana. Door de toename van digitale correspondentie en door universitaire reorganisaties groeit het papieren archief inmiddels nog slechts in beperkte mate.

The archive contains the correspondence carried out by the curators of the Bibliotheca Rosenthaliana since 1880 and also the editorial archive of the magazine Studia Rosenthaliana. The increase in digital correspondence, coupled with the reorganisations that have taken place within the university itself, mean that further growth of the paper archive is limited.
